Our team is incredibly hard working, innovative, and truly wants to do the 'right' thing to make sure our user community has the tools to accomplish their necessary tasks.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Executives keeps asking for employee feedback yet continually ignore it. IT employees have gone above & beyond to deliver quality work on time while working remote. Despite continuous feedback asking to for the flexibility to continue work remotely, it falls on deaf ears. It's an easy & free win-win
