We inundate processes with layers of bureaucracy, e.g. a junior analyst replacement req requires C-suite justification and approval, this is repeated prior to making offers to selected candidates. It takes forever to do anything, meanwhile the rest of the team suffers. I wish there was more space

The best things about my team is their commitment to delighting our customers, their ability to perform despite lack of resources and/or reasonable amounts of time to meet business commitments and the camaraderie they share.
