My experience at XPO has been a good one overall. I enjoy my work environment. My coworkers make my work day so fun and enjoyable. My managers have made me feel very special and appreciated on several occasions. I am happy with my postition starting out and loving this company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I enjoy our weekly bonuses to our checks. It makes me feel appreciated as an employee. The shift differential is very fair as far as the industry is concerned.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being around my coworkers not all of them but most. I also enjoy the times when it is very busy I feel accomplished everyday and know that I am working to the absolute best of my abilities.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I enjoy the laid back environment of our work place. It allows everyone to feel comfortable talking to management and members on other teams. I dont just have friends on my team. I have many across our office.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a very laid back environment. Music playing that anyone can enjoy. We have a cubical system but I enjoy it immensely because I can see my coworkers. I dont feel like I am in a box and not encouraged to mingle and get to know my coworkers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My shift manager is the absolute best. She is kind and compassionate. She is hard working and diligent. Above her I think the manager of all the Logistic Coordinators could be better. There is inconsistency with his attention to our work, like posting log counts and holding those lacking accountable
