solving problems, making sure customer have a good experience.

I am part time I don't qualify for compensation packages.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Weekend people are not part of the culture or the environment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There is just the 2 of us that work part-time on the weekend. We work well tog ether. There are efforts made to show appreciation or feel included.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
communication. The weekend staff is ignored. We don't feel included in anything and we are not recognized. a co-worker of mine has been working at Bounce for 9 yrs and has never been recognized.
