In Work wise i am provided a lot of opportunities and it not because the leaders wants me to grow but because i am good at my work n also the other coworkers don't take responsibility of their work, even after being good at my work, my work is never appreciated, no good incentives,

i think they should take responsibility of their work which could help us work better
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The only positive in the company is that i have a friend to whom i share all my problems with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel i have proved my self the best as and when I'm given any project but i dont feel appreciated or my work doesn't get the recognition it deserves which is demotivating.
