XPO is one of the best company in my whole career but XPO should think about the growth of the tenure people who was in comapny from day one. Tenure peole are not getting any importance by management and that is the reason all tenure people are moving out from XPO.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a part of XPO family i am handling one of the biggest revenue generating clients very smoothly and very good manner but the return what i am expectying i did not get. For better compensation PO should removed RNR policy and start monthly incentive or bonus.
