I love this company. I had joined with lot of dreams in my mind. was happy initially slowly things got worst due to bad management politics. partiality. I have lost all my interest working here. hoping things change and i am happy to continue to be a part of xpo family. company is best management :(

good management. management behavior leads to demotivation. less liked in the team. less needed.

Too much of partiality. we take effort all year at the end favoritism takes place and we r given nothing.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
stop being partial. appreciate the one who really works hard. favoritism. no equality, few people are considered rest are neglected. no importance given.
