Company was great initially. But after people hired reference employees there was no way any candidate other than them could get promoted, rewarded or increment.

They are helpful and people who have a conscience and feel ill treated like me all the time.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They should not keep company policies to themselves or hide any employee benefit clauses like OT which was not communicated to employees and we were working free
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Having good experience being followed by colleagues yet, never got an opportunity to get promoted and get paid fairly. My salary is lowest despite being here nearly 4 years and having good experience .
