i have been in logistics for the past 15 years and have been able to undergo all task such as picker, lead a small team, became a team leader, site-manager and mostly receive positive feedback from the customers and from my team until my position today.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i should have a 13th month salary like everyone in the team and my pay should be based on tasks that are mainly my responsibility and not on other departments that i cannot force a change on my own.
