Same as usual. Some improvements have been made by the new management. Still feel unappreciated. Still feel looked down upon by senior management.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Large workload, excellent PPR scores but no decent rise since promotion. I do not feel appreciated.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I have no idea what our 'executive team' do or are working on. When they visit the site, they rarely say hello, let alone interact with the team. Our Director can be quite rude and again, rarely initiates a conversation.
