Let the experienced leaders in the field make the decisions. Linehaul should not be running the company. They don't have the knowledge to make educated business decisions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are managers that come in from outside the company that are paid considerably more and have little to no experience. Then I am asked to cover for them while they are getting paid more than me.
