Positive feedback and recognition. Without it, its a pointless grind

Everybody is helpful. There are very few people I don't get on with within the business which is rare!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm effectively doing two peoples jobs and have been for a long time. I need a package that reflects the work and commitment I'm putting in.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
More Information and resource. Too many projects (spin etc) going on with a lean infrastructure and high volumes of work. Central functions are flat out and needs support.
