I feel more secure on the Expedite side of the business verses LTL. I like the true Sales Environment on the expedite side verses Account Management on the LTL side. XPO is a great company with so many opportunities. I am here as long as they want me here.

I use my Wife's company (Dayton Freight) as they are better overall for our family
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The Culture on the Expedite side is best described as FAMILY. They all seem to genuinely care about one another. They all want to win, and grow the business.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Just moved over form the LTL side to the Expedite side of XPO. I worked with a really great group on the LTL side, but my new team on the Expedite side is really amazing. So far this could be the best team I have worked with in my career (Almost 30 years in transportation)
