The willingness to listen to ideas and take chances as well as the solid support of my manager and coworkers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
No one part stands out; not to say I have any issues. I just think the company is doing a good job.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their accessibility; willing to meet with associates. We made it through a tough year and as a company (or 2) appear to be thriving.
