My direct team members are a pleasure to travel with. We work hard and enjoy each others company at night for dinner.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to receive more direct management. My observation is they sit around and wait for guidance instead of taking the imitative themselves. Senior management seems to tolerate it. Brings down morale for the hard workers in the department.
