Feeling that I have made a difference in the outcome of a happy customer
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am new to this vertical, at this point in my new role they have been supportive and answered all my questions to date.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was ask to take a pay cut to transfer to a new city and the person that I trained to take my place who knew nothing about Supply chain was already making more money then I was when I left. That made me feel real undervalued!
