I thoroughly enjoy working at XPO. The culture and people are some of the best I've seen. However, I have witnesses unfair treatment of my coworkers by upper-tier management which has hurt my perception of how XPO values it's employees. This is my favorite job but I was deeply disappointed to see it

What do you like best about the leadership team?
They've done a great job but there is a feeling of a sale and that has made many of us uneasy
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a phenomenal culture and we spend time together outside of work. It is a pleasure to work with our team.
