I enjoy working for XPO .This has been the best company I have worked for .I hope to contribute to XPO for many years to come. I also hope to advance as I grow with the company. This is a great environment, great company ..its not perfect....but there is always room for growth every where you go

Everyone is super down to earth and open to conversation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We communicate so well , when I come in every morning and its like a family .We work as a team and help each other get through sometimes hectic days .
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I honestly should be paid a better hourly salary currently $15.50 . Regardless of my commission once a month. My hourly is just that and should not be determined/calculated based off of what my "possible" commission might be. My pay is that of a starting employee pay at Target.
