Overall it has been a good experience. I do worry that the company seems loyal to themselves vs their employees. They fail to realize the talent that is in front of them and undervalue it.

The people I work with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our office gets along really well with each other. It enables us to have fun while we work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The base salary for my role is not competitive to what other Brokerages are paying. Neither is the PTO policy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a great team that gets along outside of work and within the office. The office has done a good job of hiring like minded individuals who get along easily.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Employee Relations need to be worked on. There have been multiple cases of trying to slight employees out of commission that is owed to them. The company comes off as cheap & untrustworthy.
