Azin Hamidi is a fantastic manager who genuinely cares for me on a personal and professional level. She facilitates my growth within XPO with care and candor and reinforces me to strive for more.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I get that early on, you have to earn your keep, however, when you're starting out and building a book of business, the amount of work that you have to put in to land your first load or secure recurring lanes doesn't seem to be compensated as such. Again, I understand you have to put in the work.
