I like the commission structure and the ability to grow my own book of business. The amount of work I put into my book of business and hunting is the amount I receive back when I am able to follow through with a sale. I would like to review my work more often to see my progression and advancement.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am part of the employee engagement committee and believe this has really helped us gel as a team with monthly employee events.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe a yearly review of my work should be completed with my leadership team to see how far I have come and to discuss career advancement.
What makes you most happy at work?
I look forward to opportunity and succeeding with my career at XPO. Every day I look forward to growing relationships and hunting for new business. This excites me and I would really like to build myself and my book of business here at XPO.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team does a great job at showing leadership by guiding through example. Azin provides sales training by showing how to talk to a customer professionally in certain situations. Kevin shows leadership through years of experience. Azin guides me to look forward to the future.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Helpfulness. Each of my team members shares their experiences and opinions in how to deal with certain situations. Some of us have dealt with doing other modes of transportation and help each other out when needed. We work as a team and help each other out.
