I feel extremely fortunate to work in the department I do. My bosses are lowkey, yet direct. so if something need to be addressed they address it in a manor that doesn't belittle anyone. If I have a problem with a work related issue if my bosses are in a meeting , I know I can depend on my team .

Knowing I have a family-like team environment . I work with some great people who know I have their back and I know they have mine. So we get our work done.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We seem to all get along well and pitch in when to make sure the work is completed. I respect and appreciate my team members, that's something that comes from the top down. Our bosses are really awesome!!
