I feel that we have each other's backs.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
A toxic work environment is created by our General Manager. I feel he is more worried about making himself look good to the executives than to truly care about the operation. He treats people differently based on their age and ranking and sometimes he can be very demeaning.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager and Operations Manager is amazing! They are determined to give you the tools you need and show you how to be successful. I feel like they are "Leaders." However, our General Manager is what I would call a "Boss." I do not feel he aligns with XPO culture.
