YMCA Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I do not have one

its sustains me real well

that its very fair and compatible

Review from Customer Support Dept

future for myself and family

The family rate is amazing

Salary packaging benefits and flexi time

Great retirement package and time off.

Freedom of choice

Review from Operations Dept

Yearly increases

Review from Customer Support Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

They pay as little as the can

The position is clearly defined, however the time-managment over the team is exasperating at times.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Low pay. Expected to work often clock

For the anount of work i do & what i bri f ro the team i am severely you underpaid. According to stats my position should be making anywhere feom 20-50k more than what they are paging us. But management & CEO's are making 100+k

i feel undervalued and a nice pay raise would be amazing! $36,000 a year seems way too little for the amount of work in my normal days especially when im only 1 guy by myself. No one else in the Y can do what i do but i know i could easily do what they do.

Time off vacation time paid holidays

For the amount of time and effort put into my job, I do not feel compensated equally.

Review from Operations Dept

Poor insurance, cut benefits out when needed to secure jobs but should return next year. One of the best retirement plans

Review from Operations Dept

I have worked loyally here for four years and still have not received a raise while getting paid minimum wage. I feel largely under appreciated.
