Actually doing their work
They pay as little as the can
The position is clearly defined, however the time-managment over the team is exasperating at times.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Low pay. Expected to work often clock
For the anount of work i do & what i bri f ro the team i am severely you underpaid. According to stats my position should be making anywhere feom 20-50k more than what they are paging us. But management & CEO's are making 100+k
i feel undervalued and a nice pay raise would be amazing! $36,000 a year seems way too little for the amount of work in my normal days especially when im only 1 guy by myself. No one else in the Y can do what i do but i know i could easily do what they do.
Being more unified and bring more supportive
We work well together and would be better if the staff were treated better by management
Review from Operations Dept
Very low level people are hired. Turn over rate is high. Don't know each other.
Better more realistic kinder management
It was fine not an issue
Less expectation to work for free
Employee burnout is recognized but not directly addressed. Turnover is overwhelming.
Review from Operations Dept
Treatment of employees and management could reevaluate and staring treating us better

Would like to see a roof over the ice skating surface. It would extend the season
Review from Operations Dept
The company claims they're non-profit but all they care about is money
