It used to be a great place but the past few years of poor leadership (CEO) and Amazon basically taking over have made it a toxic place to be.

Stock and clear progression path.

Had to meet with the team and make sure i was a fit for the culture and not just the job.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understanding what made Zappos special and a place that was inspiring for the employee and the customer. Now just a cog in the Amazon wheel.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people are what makes Zappos great. Or at least they used to be valued. Now its all about reducing head count and making people fearfull about their jobs.
