Zappos talks about culture but there is hardly anything that they put in practice. No empathy and support/motivation to employees. I'm glad I left them sooner than my other colleagues

Collaborate and have a positive attitude . These things are driven by the manager. Sadly the manager was pathetic
Leadership should pause and correct their attitude first
