What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate how my leadership team is always available to help with any problems or questions that arise. I also like that we have weekly and quarterly meetings so we know what is going on with the company.

My direct manager is phenomenal. Our goals and expectations are clearly laid out. They are firm, yet respectful in any recoaching that is necessary. They are open with communication as to any company updates or changes.

My direct leadership team take the time to listen, discuss and resolve.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Accurate training of others in all departments
Asking for feedback from Employees to help ease procedures for our specific jobs and implement useful procedures

Low premiums with my health care.

The cost is great with our economy of rent and groceries is constantly rising with no relief in sight.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Though I have moved up through the company and proven in each of my previous roles that I am effecient, reliable, and also able to assist in figuring out quicker more effecient ways to perform works tasks, I am always only offered the bottom, or near bottom, pay rate for a new role.

I actually do not enjoy the other member on my team, I do enjoy other people in the office, and old team members I used to work with.

They are all open with one another and in constant communication.

Communication is key. Taking notes when needed.

Certain teams participate in pot lucks, or themed lunches, this is fun to particpate in and gives everyone a chance to pull away and connect on a more personal level

I like helping others and get a sense of accomplishment knowing i have helped them.
Helping our members through life's challenges.
The freedom to accomplish tasks without micromanagement.
being able to help others with their pensions.
