What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to help my peers, my manager, and others throughout the company. The members, the attorneys, the trustees. I have worked hard to create a great relationship with them.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
some of the coworkers are rough around the edges and take any type of feedback negatively. And some are just difficult to get along with, no matter what you say or do.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel like the ones that I get to interact with understand or try to understand where we are coming from and what we need to function the best we can, and try to understand what we need
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As I understand the nature of the company, I find it hard to believe that we are paid the best we can be and that we have the best vacation time. I do not like the PTO ( vacation /sick time together). I would like to see sick time and vacation time .
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I tend not to let things bother me; I enjoy my job, and I enjoy learning. I want to see other people succeed. I want to help my co-workers; we are close in the PGH office, and we tend to help each other and work close together to figure things out. And make sure everyone fits in.
