When I see Zones I think of a poor family that has a great relationship with each other but always has money problems. I feel like wage growth is way too low and everyone should be paid at least 65k.

They are like a family but sometimes families do get into fights.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our immediate manager is really good and supportive, but the top does not really care about our problems.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think the main issue is with the salary. We are getting a really low salary and this is really unfair. The amount of effort we put into, our salaries should be much higher.
