The commisions are the best part since there is no limit.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The comp plan at Zones is not designed around the account manager. I have made over 130k in gross margin and have been paid out less than $2200 over a course of 10 months and when you have spiffs that you EARNED; there always seems to be something wrong and making it difficult to get paid out.

The transparency of the whole process was amazing. Moreover, the recruiter and the interviewers were very nice persons.

The responsiveness. I applied, was contacted the next day to set up an interview two days later, and then i was offered the job the day following my interview.
