Mediocre raises for legacy developers while new developers have huge boost in pay. A lot of lower level seniors with half experience making the same pay as experienced seniors. A lot of nepotism going on. The people that have historically received promotions were very close buddies to management
We've hired a lot of unqualified employees who contribute very little while a couple of us do the majority of the work and receive mediocre raises. Loyalty to the company is not rewarded with raises or promotions. CTO and engineering upper management doesn't listen to any senior developers
Engineering leadership doesn't listen to anything the developers that have been around longest have to say. New leadership comes and goes every couple years and they basically revert back to policies from a couple years back that didn't help. Seems like leadership team is more interested in bonuses
