The type of work I do and challenges

Being challenged daily and building relationships with the people I support and work with.

Ability to lock in and get things done and then turn around and have a personable chat.

Based on market rate alkami should be paying Deal Desk roles higher, or atleast the option to scale above 95K based on experience.

Trust that my team can pick up where I left off If I need to step out. There is no ego and we all share freely on ideas and how to make things better.

I like the current leadership team- they seem to understand that we are needing to align to a more standardized way of doing things and getting the proper resources behind it instead of bootstrapping and vibe processing every deal

We are still defining processes as a company so it's a bit of a "all hands on deck" attitude at times and it creates a really wonderful culture of collaboration and creation. And this is all achieved while still understanding we are all people and not the grind till you drop expectation.

In the yearly review the entire leadership team was told they could only score employees at level- not above- capping bonuses and hurting any documentation process that might be reviewed for promotion. Most people at this company do the job roles of several people and are paid mid-market for it.
