I feel that my ideas are heard when I bring them up to my team, which makes it easier to not just do my job, but push the envelop where it matters. My work is exciting, I like my coworkers, and I'm constantly energized by what Asurion is willing to try.

I would (and sometimes do) interact with my team outside of work. There is a balance between fun and high-achieving work. I love that we are flexible, but fully dedicated to doing great work. We're human.

If I were rating everything on a good, great, phenomenal scale, I would say nearly everything is great to phenomenal. Some things could be very slightly better like the 401K match percentage (last job was 6%), but I don't really have any complaints.
