Breakdown of silos; Its a huge company but often people in the same department don't know each other or what other peers are responsible for. Need more integration

The bonus payout since I've been here has been strictly adhered to. Other companies will typically revise based on the health of the company. Admittedly, the company has done extremely well (made plan) every quarter since I've been here.

Asurion compensation is on the higher end paying more than most reputable tech cos. What is not clear is the stock options and when/if the company will go public which is quite honestly the important part of the package to me.
