The micromanaging is out of this world. The team moral is not high because the micromanaging is such a big part of asurion culture. Team moral would go up tremendously if the micromanaging was kept to a minimum

Asurion is a tech company and the benefits don't compare to other tech companies. There is no stock option. Medical benefits are mediocre at best. Asurion could provide the same benefits as big tech companies but they dont.

I started at Asurion as an intern and knew from day 1 that I wanted to stay. I was challenged throughout my 12 weeks and felt that I could see myself making an impact for years to come. My transition to full-time was seamless even with the pandemic and i've been here almost 3 years now.
