My overall experience is positive. I have had the opportunity to work with a lot of different people in many different roles. Many of us struggle with work/life balance, and I think that is a systemic problem.
My experience has been up and down. There is a lot of change, and sometimes it's difficult to adjust to a new manager/management style. Overall I feel that I'm challenged and growing. Feedback is provided often, though positive feedback would be appreciated too.
They communicate with employees clearly and often.
Diversity of backgrounds and experience, willingness to collaborate.
open and honest culture and collaborative work environment
My coworkers, doing a good job.
Open, honest, and communicate regularly.
Annual salary and options/tender offers.
Diversity of experience and knowledge; friendly and approachable personalities
The array of projects and tasks. Never a dull moment.
Compensation alignment among me and my peers (with the same title).
The feeling of accomplishment, getting things done and improving our processes, learning.
Open and continuous communication with what is happening at the company as a whole.
We are open to diverse perspectives and opinions, we are nimble and work as one team.
We are underpaid considering the hours we work. If the expectation is that we work 12+ hours a day, we should be better compensated.
There are many, many strong people on the account. However, there are some that are lower performers or shirk their responsibilities and leave it to other teams to manage. There needs to be better alignment on which team is responsible for what (i.e. CPM, Marketing, Program Management, Ops, etc.)
