I feel like I have grown up in this company. I have transitioned through many cycles of maturity here and I am grateful for the opportunities.

My overall experience has been that asurion is growing and is willing to learn. THey have made many changes for the better since I started.

They support you however they can.

Insurance and the amount of support in general

The willingness to invest and develop our talent

Completing my goals and working with the team

That we function as a team, making eachother better

Being able to have my whole family on my plan

All the ways we get support, mental health, financial, etc

We have a good time while we get things completed. We arent robots.

Knowing that I provide value to the world because of what I do

Hard to explain, knowing I am making a difference and that people care.

We do our best to make sure everyone understands what is going on and we work together for the better of all

THat we are always working on it. We are always trying to keep a good culture alive and working towards how we can improve

The people, we have people eager to learn about each other and willing to work with each other. Asurion does their best to support diversity

They are transparent, I feel like I know what they really care about, just to clarify I am referring to the executive leadership not my direct leadership

I like that they are bought into trying to make our employer, employee relationship is organic and productive. They aren't just doing things because it is what looks good to do, but because it is the right thing to do.
