Barracuda has been by far the best company I have worked at in my 30 years of experience. I enjoy the people, the product and the work life balance they give me. Barracuda has been a huge part of taking care of me and my family and I hope I do the same for them.

the office is great. Remodel is amazing, office amenities are a lot (fancy coffe options, snack shack, popcorn machine, ping pong and pool tables, tvs and couches)

yes, control of my comp plan/success. Currently have to rely on others to do their job right inorder for me to get paid on my commission for the job I did

Competative pay, seeing to many people leave as IT companies are paying more. My role is impacted by pay as the company has no previous history how to comp it out for the future growth . Equity units should be given out more often then just what you get when you start.
