I feel the company provides employees with a good opportunity to advance if that is desired. Overall I really enjoy working with our customers and feel that Calix is very supportive of both the employees and our customers.

The pay is in line with where the industry is. The company provided a very nice Employee Stock plan option as well.

The team has great vision and drive. They set clear goals and are looking out 3-5 years as they strategically steer the company.

The teams do a great job of Collaborating, but also have a lot of fun together. We always have the customers best interests in mind.
