The Manager would allow and often was the leader talking at about others behind your back. Any thing that you spoke in private was discussed with all.

The positive reinforcement and friendly atmosphere, it feels like we have been coworkers since the store was opened and we just had the manager retire and got a new person, yet it is as if nothing has changed.
