I like that my boss cares about us as human beings and is still stern. My boss is respected but DP and higher are the worst. They could care less about their employees.

Getting to see how my future boss interacts with employees and seeing the demeanor of further treatment. I like to see how well we "mesh" because a boss can make or break a team. The interview went well though.

I love being able to bond with people. I also love organization. I get to keep my customers happy and improve on my manager duties each day. I also love closing the store. I really love having the trust and responsibility.

Mostly our team has great attitudes, so the vibe of our environment is awesome. Also, our regulars come in making us feel good too. I love being told that they come in just to see me because I treat them so good. Being kind can really impact someone's life.

Some of the best things about our team is we love our customers. My team and I really get along and our work ethic increases each day. It really helps to support and better eachother. The day is so much easier when you have good attitudes and can enjoy everything.

$7.25 is start out pay. When I took a promotion to Key Holder management it is only $8.00. I do way too much for only $8.00 while Mcdonnalds teens ehonsit ok their but make $10.00 to start out. Pay more! Also, don't put so many time consuming and multitasking objectives on one person.
