So far so good! I love my job and get excited for work. I actually want to be involved in the culture of GH on top of strive to do my best. The only thing I wish were different was my salary. It should be higher for my work experience + economic climate, but pros outweigh the cons. :)

My coworkers are just so supportive and friendly and outgoing. Support facilitates creativity and collaboration. All good stuff.

Everyone genuinely likes each other and enjoys hanging out. People are collaborating freely and just want to make awesome work together. Grateful to be apart of that ?

The transparency we receive as employees makes me feel respected and valued as an employee and allows me to trust the company I'm working for and work harder because I have clear goals.

I think compensation hasn't caught up with the current economic climate at all. I am currently working the same job (with more experience) and making less than I made at my full time job 3 years ago.

Everyone is very friendly, warm and nice. I have been in workplaces where there is gossiping and a layer of politics that creates a layer of toxicity. Have yet to experience any of that at GH. People seem to genuinely love their jobs.

The people I work with. Everyone I've met has been so kind. Everyone I've met at GH seems to genuinely love their jobs. The higher ups seem to genuinely care about their employees' health and wellbeing. I feel safe in my work environment, which isn't something I've entirely experienced until GH. ?

I was making $5k more annually at my previous job. While I'm working hard to close that gap in compensation by proving myself as a valuable employee, that's the only thing I feel weird about bc it feels like a step backwards even though I'm more experienced and better at my job now than I was then.
