Improve coordination of teams so that all relevant parties have access to needed information. Include teams from Utah and Remote workers in the same kinds of fun incentives that the CA receive. Even though there is no way for it to be the same, there should not be a huge disparity in concessions

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like I'm not being paid for the amount of work I do. I've never been offered a raise while I've been here and when I want to talk about one, it never seems like the right time. Or I hear that they can't justify my pay that I'm already getting.

I have been employed for over two years with no raise. My duties have increased dramatically and become more responsible, including training others, with no adjustment for that, either. I am paid only $1/hour more than an intern despite the difference in responsiblity.

I love my team. We have fun when we relax and have outings. My team can be supportive but at times it gets hard. We work well together and can overcome any obstacle given.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are free to work together and interact. Not all places allow that. The environment is open and you can speak up about any issues you think could be corrected.
