My immediate leadership group is great, however I've never even met anyone above that. The partners/CEO/owners/etc. seem to be only concerned with one portion of the company and other departments aren't as important.

The people. We're here to come together to reach our team goals. When we do these things together we engage with each-other and work together to solve problems, and have fun doing it.

There is a great culture among the team of encouragement and growth. Everything here is about getting better. It's a fast-paced environment and some may struggle with that, but it's perfect for those that wish to learn and expand quickly.
