The best part is it's company supported, so it takes one more worry away.

Need management take accountability. As the company grow we need management with more experience so they can lead the team more efficiently.

What makes you most happy at work?
When I finish a large project or solve an evading puzzle, that feeling is the best. Especially due to my team members being proud of me, I feel appreciated.
