I personally feel connected to them. They're very supportive and very open to anything. I know it could be hard getting time with them, but they always make time for you even thought they're VERY busy. Another thing is they give people good leadership input, ideas, tips and tricks! Love it

so far I'm satisfied with my Health benefits, KPI, and holiday bonus. But sometimes it's harder to really measure if I was paid fairly because the pay is good but I work so hard sometimes, do an unpaid overtime (on salary), and then it looks like I contribute more than anyone in my department.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like I've made more than enough of an impact in my position to deserve a bonus or a raise. I've gone beyond my expected responsibilities and have improved the productivity for more than one department.

Instead of the company performance bonuses, just to receive the money up front (as part of our pay check), since the company-wide performance bonuses are unreliable/ difficult to control.
