It's great, it was a slow growth for me 3 years ago. I wish I could've get to the point i'm at right now faster, but my ex-managers just wanted me as an editor, now it's great, i have different manager. It really matters who your manager is in order for you to grow and this company to succeed

ESOP, Dental and Vision! I also love the extra bonus on win of the week
They build each other. we have each other back, and we also learn from each other
The creative test that went up yesterday. I love numbers, and create test based on that number.
Open minded and revenue centric instead of sticking to a corporate setup. but i'm only speaking on behalf on my departmnet
we have multiple managers in the video department, the senior managers are very supportive and willing to stand for others which means a lot to me.
My team is unique, we all different, and have different ideas. I love to collaborate with each of them to create new creative contents. Also they are very cool people! Very chill!
my direct report is one of the best person ever. He is always willing to learn something new even though he has good results. That kind of spirit really is what makes the company stronger.
so far I'm satisfied with my Health benefits, KPI, and holiday bonus. But sometimes it's harder to really measure if I was paid fairly because the pay is good but I work so hard sometimes, do an unpaid overtime (on salary), and then it looks like I contribute more than anyone in my department.
I personally feel connected to them. They're very supportive and very open to anything. I know it could be hard getting time with them, but they always make time for you even thought they're VERY busy. Another thing is they give people good leadership input, ideas, tips and tricks! Love it
