What do you like best about the leadership team?
The transparency - even if I don't agree with a decision I understand why it was made and why it is in the best interest of the company. The weekly stand up is very open and everyone does their best to answer questions as openly as possible.

Being less of a bottleneck/more of an issue of not enough managers to go around to give enough attention to problems/new hires

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Golden Hippo does a good job with benefits and fair pay. I've never had any issues with the compensation process and I think the company offers some benefits that other companies do not. The health care plan for individuals and families in particular is very good.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I took the job knowing I was going to be paid less than what I could earn elsewhere, and I am good with that (for now). I know I will move up the ladder soon! The benefits are a huge a part of the compensation program and I take that into consideration as well.

Stagnant, no or slow opportunities for growth, unfair bias, hard results not rewarded. The ability to move up in some way would make compensation better
