Overall it is a strong company, I'd like to see us continue to grow in new and innovative ways and not get stuck doing things the same way over and over. I like everyone's commitment to working hard but keeping a good balance with life.

Company does a good job communicating benefits including 401K match, ESOP, and bonuses.

What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to solve problems and provide solutions/data to help our team and customers
What are some of the best things about your team?
Honesty, willingness to dive into a problem, quick thinking and problem solving. Everyone likes to have fun and keep things moving.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Golden Hippo does a good job with benefits and fair pay. I've never had any issues with the compensation process and I think the company offers some benefits that other companies do not. The health care plan for individuals and families in particular is very good.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The transparency - even if I don't agree with a decision I understand why it was made and why it is in the best interest of the company. The weekly stand up is very open and everyone does their best to answer questions as openly as possible.
